We do this to give you extra peace of mind that you are in total control of you stores budget requirements.
Store Maps
Attached to this store map is our data recording sheet, which will show you the date globes are replaced, type of light, what colour and wattage, where in the store it was replaced, the tech's name that completed the work and an expiry date of warranty for that globe. This guarantees if globes fail while under warranty they will be replaced at no cost, if a globe continual to fail this map will indicate there is other issue which may need attention.

Will I ever be charged for labour?
There are no-call out fees and no labour is charged for globe replacement, unless difficulty to gain access to globes. There will be a charge if electrical work is required for signage, fault finding, hard wired electrical etc. Ask our Techs, Head Office or contact us here for more information.
You will be notified by our Tech's of any labour charges, or a quotation can be given for your approval.
Call out times
Whether you are in Metro or Regional, VIP lighting will attempt to offer a 5 day turn around. Keeping your front displays and change rooms at their best possible appearance for your customers. If you feel your job is urgent please let us know and we will to place your job as priority.
